Bullying, tracking, and harassing other members;
Attempting to convince other users of your political or religious views. Do not overuse national or religious symbols;
Impersonate others or use other users' accounts. You can only post content related to your true identity;
Share any illegal content or content that may encourage criminal behavior. Prohibit uploading photos containing weapons;
Posting content that infringes on the intellectual property or portrait rights of others, including image rights, privacy rights, copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual property or contractual rights. This means that you cannot copy someone else's information or photos without their explicit permission;
Publish, display, or disseminate in any form any illegal, unethical, or non compliant hyperlinks to third-party websites included in this service;
Spreading personal information of others in this service without their consent;
In the event of illegal or unauthorized use of this service, Waya Chat may permanently or temporarily suspend all your access to this service or terminate your account. You agree to indemnify, protect, and hold Waya chat, our subsidiaries, our respective officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law from all complaints, demands, claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your access to or use of this service in any form, the information and other materials you share through this service, or any breach of this agreement in any form.
5. Termination and Suspension

Please note that although our system design allows for the data deletion process to be executed according to the above guidelines, due to technical limitations, we cannot guarantee that all data will be deleted within a specific time frame.
